Take a moment to look at the persuasion posters posted on the back wall of the room or on the embedded slide show (created by your classmates). Comment on the persuasive nature of at least one of the posters. What makes this poster powerful in its persuasion to change how you feel about something? Is it the text... images... colors... all?

I really like the poster that says "Create a Greener Tomorrow.. Plant Flowers". It is very cute and the text goes along with the photo. You can tell the artist took a while to make all the flowers by hand and it just looks really neat.
ReplyDeleteThe persuasion poster on stopping child abuse stood out to me because of the powerful imagery and words. I also like the use of black, white, and red to make the words stand out and set the mood.
ReplyDeletei like the "save us" poster. the penguins are very cute and create a simple yet fun feel. it is powerful because it makes you feel bad for the cute penguins:)
ReplyDeleteI like the poster that is about being organic. I thought it was simple, but unique becuase of how they used the circle or earth as the "o" in organic.
ReplyDelete"Life Needs Warmth"
ReplyDeleteI like how the hands are in the shape of a heart and the designer of the poster used two colors....green for life and red for the warmth or love. The poster is basic but well made.
